Good day here in VA. Morning started with some jogging & stretching by the River. Even did some impromptu yoga poses. River was full from the rain the past 2 days! The rocks I usually hop on were totally submerged.

Great thanksgiving meal with my Family. Gratitude that we could spend it all together! Dad always does a wonderful turkey!
